American Medical Administrators MGMT Company seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing team in Missouri. The role focuses on policy implementation, patient care excellence, and staff development for high-quality elder care.

You will drive MDS/Care plans, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor care plans while maintaining a supportive work environment for staff and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the practicing state with prior DON/ADON experience.
• Experience with MDS/Care Plans and Medicare A & B knowledge.
• Willing to work with behavior management residents.
• Strong regulatory compliance record and leadership abilities.
• Enjoy working with the elderly and promoting high care standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Maintain resident rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
