Evergreen Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in leading our nursing team and delivering high-quality care for residents.

The role requires Virginia RN licensure, leadership or supervisory nursing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills; you will help with daily operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a long-term care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in Virginia.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory nursing experience.

• Assist the DON with daily clinical operations.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and nursing team leadership.
