Job summary
Evergreen Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in leading our nursing team and ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
The ADON will assist with daily clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and staff development, while guiding quality of care and clinical audits.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Virginia.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
- Leadership or supervisory nursing experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000
Full-Time | Salary: $95,000–$110,000 (based on experience)
