Job summary

Touchstone Communities in The Heights of Magnolia, TX is seeking an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing, lead nurses and CNAs, and ensure high standards of care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered outcomes, while mentoring staff and promoting a compassionate culture.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license) is required.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills; mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of care.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nurses and CNAs.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement practices improving resident outcomes and quality of life.
• Drive regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of compassion and clinical excellence.
• Serve as a role model and resource to empower team success.
