Job summary

River View Rehab Center seeks an experienced RN for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role. The ADON will lead clinical teams, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with administrators to achieve sub-acute goals.

The position requires an active RN license and at least two years in nursing management in a long-term care setting, with strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge. Responsibilities include staffing oversight and education of nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• At least two years in nursing management in LTC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and oversee daily facility operations
• Provide education and training to nursing staff
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiar with IDPH regulations
• Familiar with JCAHO regulations
• Ensure proper staffing levels
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of skilled care
