Job summary

Complete Care at Voorhees seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team, promote outstanding resident care, and help shape a culture built on compassion, collaboration, and excellence.

As a nursing leader, you will mentor staff, drive quality outcomes, ensure CMS/NJDOH compliance, and oversee MDS process, care planning and survey readiness in a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting
• Prior experience managing staff
• Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS,NJDOH)
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with established standards and regulatory requirements for resident care
• Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness
• Infection prevention and control knowledge
• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
• Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations
• Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
