Empath Health's Suncoast Hospice in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Admissions RN to work Sunday through Wednesday, 10am–8pm, coordinating patient admissions across long-term care, home, hospital, and hospice settings.
You will educate families, assess needs after terminal diagnoses, and contribute to a compassionate team delivering Full Life Care. Florida RN licensure is required; BSN/MSN preferred; 1 year acute-care experience; hospice experience preferred.
