Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Nurse license required and Basic Life Support certification.
• 3–5 years of related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical and administrative patient flow and bed allocation across units and sites.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and bed placement with ED, ICUs, PACUs, and clinics.
• Lead daily admissions meetings and coordinate the admissions plan.
• Collaborate with leadership, case managers, physicians, and nursing staff for timely admissions.
• Engage in quality improvement activities related to patient flow and bed management.
• Communicate bed status and transfer needs across tertiary sites as needed.
