Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing process, theories, and clinical expertise.

• Able to acquire through training programs technical knowledge related to assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with CareTeam to ensure patients receive skilled nursing care.
• Assesses patients' needs, plans care and coordinates assignments for team members 100% of the time.
• Participates in team meetings.
• Establishes professional relationships to promote a productive work environment.
• Evaluates and documents outcomes of patient care and participates in quality assurance.
