StoneCrest Center in Mt. Clemens, MI, is expanding its Admissions team with a new satellite campus opening February 2027. The part-time shifts include days and nights with weekend rotation, focused on admissions, documentation, and care coordination for psychiatric patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of clinical or observational experience, preferably in the relevant area.
• Active nursing license in the state; CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation for admissions and obtain admission orders from physicians.
• Facilitate emergency transfers for patients when needed and coordinate referrals.
• Review referrals, assess medical/behavioral acuity, and respond within set timeframes.
• Conduct assessments to determine level of care and communicate dispositions to patients/families.
• Prepare and maintain medical records and complete pre-authorization for treatment and admission.
