StoneCrest Center in Mount Clemens, MI is expanding with a newly renovated satellite campus and seeks Psychiatric RNs for full-time days and nights. Join a team dedicated to acute adult behavioral health care, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing care plans, documenting records, and coordinating with physicians. Requires RN license, accredited nursing degree, and CPR/de-escalation training.

Qualificações

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.
• Provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined by state regulations and facility policies.
• Ensure physicians’ orders are legible and transcribed per policy.
• Assess patient status continuously and document pertinent information.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in status or complications.
• Complete admission and discharge processing accurately.
• Exhibit therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Coordinate unit activities as directed.
• Communicate therapeutically with patients, visitors, co-workers and others involved in inpatient treatment.
