Harbor Healthcare System seeks an Administrator/Director of Nursing (DON) for the Fort Worth area. The role oversees the hospice program’s overall management, focusing on quality patient care and resource stewardship.

You will coordinate clinical operations, staff, and regulatory compliance to ensure compassionate, compliant service. The DON reports to senior leadership and leads nursing and care delivery teams, emphasizing a patient-centered approach and fiscal responsibility within a hospice

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas
• 2+ years RN management experience
• Experience with Hospice policy, rules, and regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
