Harbor Healthcare System in Richmond, TX seeks a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise staff, lead IDT meetings, and implement policies. You will recruit, retain, and train nurses and clinical staff, guiding overall patient care services.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs in Texas with management experience; BSN or equivalent experience is required, with Hospice/home health exposure preferred and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Job Description:

The DON will supervise staff, facilitate IDT meetings, and will inform staff of new policies and procedures. The Director of Nursing is responsible for recruitment, retention, and training of the nurses; and other clinical staff.Will also beresponsible for overall direction and guidance of all patient care services.
