Qualifications

• One year leadership experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates patient, family, physician, and staff concerns.
• Maintains patient rights in accordance with the Minnesota Patient Bill of Rights.
• Facilitates inter/intra-departmental problem solving.
