As the on-site nursing leadership representative, you will interpret policies, allocate nursing resources, respond to patient concerns, and initiate emergency plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates leadership, problem solving, continuous improvement, verbal and written communication, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 administrative nursing leadership for patient flow and services.
• Direct and guide staff in policy interpretation and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff across departments.
