The role ensures organizational and staff safety, and that patients receive safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
The Administrative Manager oversees the quality, safety, planning, management, and evaluation of operational, administrative, and regulatory activities related to resource allocation and hospital throughput. They supervise staff, manage nursing service activities during their shift, and collaborate with the healthcare team and hospital leadership to facilitate efficient patient flow throughout Children's National Medical Center and the surrounding community.
