Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to provide patient care in our 12-bed Acute Rehab unit. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate with therapy and other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality as part of Mercy’s mission-driven care.

Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited school, a current RN license (state or compact), and Basic Life Support certification. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license in the state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
