Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our acute-care team. Under Nursing Leadership, you will provide evidence-based patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address complex needs.

Graduate RNs benefit from the Nurse Residency program, tuition assistance, loan forgiveness, and comprehensive wellness offerings. This role requires CT RN licensure and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
• One year of experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience as a licensed registered nurse.
• Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex patients and multi-varianced populations.
• Deliver and evaluate patient care following standards of practice.
