Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our acute-care team in New Britain. The nurse will apply evidence-based care and develop plans for complex patients under Nursing Leadership.

Graduate RNs may enroll in the Nurse Residency program. CT licensure and BLS certification are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex, multi-varianced populations.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with Nursing Leadership and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient/family needs.
