The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our acute-care, general medicine and surgery teams. You will implement evidence-based nursing care, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient and family needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
• Registered Nurse license in CT.
• BLS provider from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with state and hospital policies.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to a full patient assignment and expand responsibilities over time.
