You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, develop care plans for complex patient populations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's degree in Nursing and CT RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and strong written and verbal skills are required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an ADN.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for a complex patient population.
• Delivers evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Supports graduate RNs through residency and preceptorship as needed.
