Qualifications

- 2+ years of acute care experience required.
- Must have NCLEX pass letter and active license.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to medication safety policies.
- Maintains professional rapport with physicians, patients, and families.
- Evaluates the nursing plan of care.
- Communicates patient responses to the medical nursing plan to team members.
- Participates in performance improvement activities.
- Demonstrates accurate documentation and monitoring.
- Supports quality standards and initiatives.
- Maintains regulatory compliance and handwashing protocols.
- Performs bedside procedures and assists providers as needed.
- Completes mandatory educational requirements.
