Job summary

MaineGeneral Health in ME is seeking an experienced Acute Care Quality Program Manager (RN) to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of acute care quality programs. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Maine; clinical quality improvement principles
• Experience with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and oversee acute care quality programs to meet objectives.
• Monitor CMS IPPS requirements and TJC standards.
• Develop educational materials on quality initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address clinical quality issues and improve outcomes.
• Identify key clinical quality indicators and promote their use for evaluation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvement actions.
• Maintain certification programs, including Acute Stroke Ready Hospital.
• Measure, report, and communicate program performance and progress.
