Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Maine is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality improvement principles, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with acute care quality measures and performance improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and oversee acute care quality programs to meet objectives.
• Monitor regulatory changes including CMS IPPS and TJC standards.
• Develop educational resources related to acute care quality initiatives and compliance.
