The role provides direct nursing care, develops patient-centered plans, administers medications, performs wound care, and collaborates with physicians. Shifts are 12 hours daytime, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for residency programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma.
• Credential: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience: Preferred in relevant specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients in the acute care setting.
• Develop a patient-centered plan of care based on individual needs.
• Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes when applicable.
• Read and interpret patient information to support treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine best treatment decisions.
