Job summary

Summerlin Hospital, part of The Valley Health System, seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in a busy hospital setting including maternity, NICU, and cardiovascular services.

The RN will lead and support the healthcare team, uphold patient-centered care, and ensure service excellence across all shifts. NV RN licensure with relevant certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada; BLS and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team; foundation of care is Patient Centered Care.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision; demonstrate Service Excellence.
