Job summary

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas is seeking a registered nurse for Summerlin Hospital to provide safe, competent nursing care and professional leadership within a busy acute care setting.

You will deliver patient-centered care, supervise team members, and uphold service excellence standards. Nevada RN license, BLS, and required pediatric certifications (PALS/NRP) are required by department. This is a full-time opportunity with a strong commitment to education and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Nevada RN license is required.
• BLS Certification, and PALS/NRP as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Uphold Patient Centered Care principles in all nursing activities.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision; demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
