Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of state approved nursing program.
• IL RN License and CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience in a comparable role.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit.
• Utilizes the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guides and directs assigned unlicensed nursing personnel and collaborates with the healthcare team.
