Endeavor Health in Highland Park, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, day-shift position. You will provide safe and compassionate nursing care, use the nursing process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient and family involvement and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates hold an IL RN license, BLS/ACLS, and have 6 months of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a state approved school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
• License/Certification: IL RN License; ACLS and BLS required; CPR as issued by AHA; NCPRF or CWOCN preferred.
• Experience: 6 months RN experience in a comparable role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently provides safe, effective nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit.
• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Guides unlicensed staff and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and the health care team.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and participates in performance improvement activities.
• Communicates plan of care to patient and family and documents health data.
• Assists in radiology nursing tasks, injections, venipuncture, IV management as needed.
