Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Idaho's Treasure Valley is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) for the 12-hour night shift. You'll gain exposure across multiple inpatient specialties while rotating between Saint Alphonsus Boise and Nampa campuses.

You’ll provide compassionate nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho or multistate RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or after.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care across inpatient settings.
• Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and evaluate care plans for patient-centered outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and transitions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers and staff.

Education
