Job summary

Carolina Rehab Center of Burke in Connelly Springs, North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care and a strong customer-service mindset. The RN will supervise CNAs, provide direct patient care, and contribute to care plans while addressing patient and family concerns within MFA Nursing

Qualifications

• Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures.
• Assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for the Clinical Unit Manager.
