Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland in Fayetteville, North Carolina is seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses who bring a customer-service mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional care. This role includes supervising CNAs and delivering direct patient care under MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures.

The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.

Qualifications include:

• Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
