Edgefield Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Edgefield, SC. As an RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support our residents’ health and well-being.

Starting pay ranges from $29–$32 per hour with shift differentials, and we offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina RN license.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a positive team environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, resident-centered care.
