Interim HealthCare Staffing in Brownsburg, IN is seeking an Acute Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver bedside care for a diverse patient group. You will plan, direct, and assess nursing care, document progress, and collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

The role offers competitive pay of $50/hr, a flexible 3-day workweek on days, and opportunities for referrals, training, CEUs, and career advancement within the organization.

Formación

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• 2 years of recent hospital experience.
• Ability to work independently, yet as part of a team.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medications.
• Active BLS, TB test and required compliance.

Responsabilidades

As an Acute Care RN, you will:

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being

A few must haves for the Acute Care RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related hospital experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
