Interim HealthCare Staffing in Brownsburg, Indiana is seeking an Acute Rehab RN to deliver organized nursing care for patients with varying needs on the night shift within 13-week staffing assignments. This role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling, with a tentative start ASAP.

The RN will plan, direct, assess, and document care according to hospital policies, provide bedside care, and support a positive, inclusive environment with opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed within the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related experience as required by facility
• Ability to work independently yet as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medications
• Active BLS, TB test, and other facility-required compliance

Mansioni

As an Acute Care RN, you will:

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being

A few must haves for the Acute Care RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
