Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Brownsburg, Indiana is seeking an Acute Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 13-week staffing assignments. The role focuses on delivering competent inpatient care in an acute rehab setting, with flexible scheduling and weekend rotation.

You will work with a supportive team, manage diverse patient needs, document care per facility policies, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• 2 years of recent, related RN experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medications.
• Active BLS, TB test, and other compliance as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to hospital and department policies.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions per facility policies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that supports emotional well-being.

As an Acute Care RN, you will:

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being

A few must haves for the Acute Care RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
