Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking an Acute Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role focuses on organizing and delivering nursing care to a diverse patient group, guided by hospital policies and best practices.

You will document progress, ensure accurate medication administration, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment. The position offers competitive pay at $50 per hour with flexible night-shift scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• 2 years of recent and related experience.
• Calm under pressure and able to work independently yet as part of a team.
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medications.
• Active BLS, TB test, and other compliance as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver care for a group of patients with varying needs.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care per hospital policies.
• Provide basic bedside care and document progress and interventions.
• Document patient progress and care in accordance with facility policies.

As an Acute Care RN, you will:

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being

A few must haves for the Acute Care RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
