Interim HealthCare Staffing in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Acute Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will deliver high-quality care to patients in an acute rehab setting, coordinating with the care team to meet individual needs.

This role offers competitive pay at $50/hr, flexible scheduling with 3 days per week on dayshift, referral bonuses, and opportunities for professional development including training and CEUs.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• 2 years of recent hospital experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Calm under pressure.
• Proficient in taking vital signs and administering meds.
• Active BLS and required facility compliance tests.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and deliver care for patients with varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care per hospital policies.

As an Acute Care RN, you will:

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being

A few must haves for the Acute Care RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related hospital experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
