Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Northern Virginia seeks an Experienced Registered Nurse to join the 4S (IMC/PCU) team on a full-time day shift (three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible nurses. Inova is a national leader in safety, quality and patient experience, with a 11-bed 4S unit handling Progressive Care and Intermediate Care - cardiac and neurological patients requiring specialized care.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing; if RN has an ADN, BSN must be completed within 5 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient health assessments and interprets data to inform care plans.
• Develops individualized plans of care based on assessment findings and population trends.
