Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program; ADN holders must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care.
• Virginia RN license or eNLC privilege; BLS certification required on start.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and formulate care plans.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient transitions and outcomes.
• Document care activities per standards and support team documentation.
