Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL seeks an RN for the 4E General Medical Unit. This full-time position requires 36 hours per week with day shift hours from 7:00am to 7:30pm and every other weekend. Target candidates hold an Associate's degree or BSN, possess an Illinois nursing license, and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or BSN from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data from patients, families, and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.

• Educates patients and families based on thorough assessment to meet learning needs.
