Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an RN for the 4E General Medical Unit. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with day shifts 7:00am–7:30pm and every other weekend.

You will perform patient assessments, coordinate care, teach patients and families, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifying candidates hold an Associate's degree or BSN, an IL nursing license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license to practice.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data with patient and family.
• Coordinates plan of care to ensure safe, timely interventions.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and staff in multiple formats.
• Individually tailors teaching to patient needs and learning styles.
• Participates in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice.
• Maintains up-to-date nursing knowledge and compliance with laws.
