Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4E General Medical Unit in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time position (36 hours/week) offers a day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with every other weekend.

You will assess patients, coordinate care plans, and educate families while maintaining high nursing standards and compliance. Qualifications include a nursing degree (Associates or BSN), Illinois licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients and staff in person, by phone and in writing.
• Educates patients and families based on assessed learning needs.
• Participates in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of nursing standards, laws and regulations.
