Job Description

The Registered Nurse provides support to the Director of Nursing and can take on many responsibilities. This role is ideal for a nurse seeking leadership opportunities, combining clinical work with staff management to meet resident needs and ensure excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Practice according to community philosophy, policies, procedures, and state standards
• Complete resident assessments
• Provide direction and leadership to care staff
• Train staff on medication administration and care duties

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
• Maintain CEU requirements
• Computer skills
• Love for seniors
