Georgia Pines Colquitt County Mental Health Outpatient program is currently seeking a real leader, someone who has the passion, commitment, talent, and ability to work collaboratively with their peers to continue to advance the mission and vision of the organization.
The selected applicant will have the pleasure of providing a broad range of paraprofessional social services to patients/clients/consumers and their families. In addition, with conducting patient/client/consumer intakes, participates in treatment team planning, and performs crisis intervention. Additionally, the applicant may assist in dealing with personal and social problems. Select applicant may provide supportive counseling to consumers and families and/or serve as a liaison for social services and perform case management duties.

This position is an integral part of the agency's Outpatient Mental Health program and reports directly to the Colquitt County Mental Health Team Lead with appropriate latitude for utilizing seasoned judgment to accomplish his/her responsibilities.
High school diploma or GED and two years' experience in a social service-related position, or a Bachelor's degree in a social service-related field, or one year at the lower level or position equivalent.
