Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in the Cleveland area is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to care for pediatric or adult medically fragile patients in home settings. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, planning, and execution of skilled nursing services under physician orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which the RN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
