Job summary

Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center in New York is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team, caring for 82 residents. You’ll lead a fully staffed team of CNAs while delivering top-tier care.

As an RN, you’ll administer medications, supervise CNAs, monitor resident conditions, ensure care plans compliance, handle controlled substances, and document in Nursing Notes and MARs. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, higher starting rates, and a supportive culture with growth

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York state
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Empathetic, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians using the five rights system
• Supervise, direct, and support CNAs in their daily duties
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Unit Manager or Nurse Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with residents’ individualized care plans
• Handle and document all aspects of controlled substances and medication storage
• Accurately chart in Nursing Notes, MARs, Treatment Records, and Care Plans

Your Role as an RN:
