Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time position at Riverside Oaks in Victoria, TX. You will provide routine resident care in line with each patient’s care plan and support the team in a busy skilled-nursing environment.

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
