The Village at Gleannloch Farms in Spring, TX is seeking an overnight Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs. This role requires maintaining nursing standards, updating care plans, and communicating with residents and families.

Salary starts at $35 per hour with FT shifts available. We value compassionate, reliable caregivers who can manage ADLs, coordinate care with other disciplines, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Texas or a compact state.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on-call for emergencies.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for a hospitality focused Registered Nurse to join our overnight team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants.

Salary: Starting at $35 / hour

Shifts Available: Full-Time

6:00AM-2:00PM

2:00PM-10:00PM

Shifts Available: PRN

6:00AM-2:00PM

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life‑style of residents.
• Be responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re‑assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Clinical Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
• Possess current nursing license valid in the State of Texas or compact state. (Required)
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
