Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care, assist residents with ADLs, monitor conditions, and support the nursing team to maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

This full-time role features 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, up to $5/hour shift differential, next-day pay, PTO and 401(k), plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (in good standing).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide personal care and emotional support.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
